Quantity and sizes
For example, 20 pieces: 4 S, 8 M, 6 L and 2 XL. Make sure the size breakdown matches the total.
Design and garment
Colour, fit, print dimensions and position. Mention any individual names or numbers.
Date and collection
Give the date you need to receive the order, rather than the event date. Lead time is confirmed separately.
